Jason has done an amazing job with the home inspection on our potential new home! When he arrived, (unbeknownst to us) there was no running water at the property, he stayed there for most of the day waiting while the seller had someone out to fix the well pump. "Hiring Jason Carter/New Beginnings Property Inspection, LLC for our kitchen rebuild inspection being done on an older home was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. We were at a point in the construction where we had concerns, and Jason Carter/New Beginnings Property Inspection, LLC came in and validated every one of them, plus found many more we hadn't even considered. The inspector's detailed assessment revealed major structural and quality issues that required us to immediately stop our contractor's work. Without this inspection, we would have continued with a project riddled with problems, leading to far more expensive and complex repairs down the line. I’m so grateful a family member recommended hiring Jason for the inspection on a home my son was looking to buy as his very first home. Jason was absolutely very thorough and detail oriented with the inspection and it was truly appreciated. Sometimes a newly remodeled home that appears great might actually have some major issues present and that was exactly the case in my son’s situation. Jason included everything in his report from the smallest inconvenience issues to the major issues. If your agent advises against New Beginnings for the home inspection, you might want to ask yourself why…the agents that are just hoping for the sale know he will find whatever issues might exist that might disrupt that! You’re better off paying for a thorough and honest inspection in the beginning than paying thousands for a home with problems.
