The Inspector Behind Every Report
Jason Carter was born and raised in Miami County, Indiana, and spent 21 and a half years building his life and career in this community. When an unexpected plant closure ended that chapter, Jason chose to turn a personal setback into a direct way to serve the people around him.
He enrolled in the Advanced Home Inspection Course at HomeSpection® Training Institute in Canton, Ohio — one of the nation's most comprehensive inspection schools — and completed additional coursework in radon measurement, radon mitigation, and certified microbial assessment. He is an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector® and has passed the National Home Inspection Examination along with both National Radon Safety Board exams.
Jason continued his technical education at Ivy Tech Community College, earning certificates in Carpentry Specialist and Electrical Specialist, a Technical Certificate in each, and an Associate of Applied Science in Building Construction Technology. He also holds EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
