About Us
Your Miami County neighbor for over 45 years, and owner of New Beginnings Property Inspection, LLC, Jason Carter was born and raised in Miami County. Jason loves the community where he raised his family, so after the loss of his job after 21 1/2 years due to a plant closure, Jason decided to pursue a passion to serve the community around him.
To pursue the pre-licensing home inspection requirement for the state of Indiana, Jason decided to attend one of, if not the top school for home inspection training possible to better equip himself for servicing the community around him. Jason attended HomeSpection® Training Institue in Canton, OH. There he took the Advanced Home Inspection Course, Radon Measurement & Testing Course, Radon Mitigation Training Course, and the Certified Microbial Assessment Training Course. Jason is also a member of InterNACHI® and is a Certified Professional Inspector®.
Jason has also taken and passed the National Home Inspection Examination (NHIE) and both National Radon Safety Board exams for Radon Measurement and Testing and Radon Mitigation.
To better service his clients, Jason has went on to further his education at Ivy Tech Community College in Hamilton County. Jason currently holds a 608 Universal Certification for Refrigeration; and as of May 21, 2022 has completed both a Degree of Certificate and a Degree of Technical Certificate in both Carpentry Specialist and Electrical Specialist. Jason finished an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Building Construction Technology on July 31, 2022.
