01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms cover your use of this website and your service requests to New Beginnings Property Inspection, LLC ("New Beginnings," "we," "us," or "our"). When you use the site or book a service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02Our Services
New Beginnings provides home and property inspections in North Central Indiana. We offer home, roof, foundation, new construction, warranty, investment, multi-unit, and commercial inspections.
We also offer radon, mold, water, thermal, indoor air, HVAC, and WDI services. An Indiana licensed home inspector (License #HI02100044) performs each inspection. Availability may vary by location and property type.
03Inspection Agreement
Every inspection uses a separate written pre-inspection agreement. You must accept it before the inspection begins. It sets the scope, limits, fees, and duties for your inspection. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
04Scope & Limitations of Inspections
- An inspection is a non-invasive, visual check of readily accessible systems on the inspection date.
- We follow Indiana standards of practice and the InterNACHI® Standards of Practice where they apply.
- We do not move furniture, stored items, or finished materials.
- We do not inspect hidden, unsafe, or unreachable areas.
- An inspection is not a code review, engineering study, appraisal, or survey.
- Conditions can change after the inspection. Some problems come and go and may not show that day.
05No Warranty or Guarantee
A report describes the property as observed on the inspection date. It is not a warranty, guarantee, or insurance policy. It does not promise how systems will perform later. Separate guarantee programs follow only their own written terms.
06Inspection Reports
- We usually deliver reports digitally within 24 to 48 hours. Payment and a signed agreement come first.
- Reports are for the client named in the agreement. Others may not rely on a report without our written consent.
- Radon, mold, and water results come from the lab or testing device.
- Read the full report and ask us questions before you decide anything.
07Fees & Payment
- We quote fees before your appointment and confirm them in your agreement.
- Payment is due at or before the inspection unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Pay by Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo with no fee.
- We accept credit cards with a 3.95% technology fee.
- Veterans and first responders save 10%. Ask when you book.
08Scheduling, Access & Cancellations
Please give us safe access at the scheduled time. Utilities should be on and pilot lights lit. Contact us early to reschedule or cancel.
A trip or rescheduling fee may apply if we cannot get in or you cancel late. Your agreement lists any such fee.
09Use of This Website
Our website offers general information only. It is not professional advice for a specific property. Do not misuse the site. That includes false information, spam, hacking attempts, or anything that disrupts it.
10Intellectual Property
We own or license all site content, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and reports. Copyright and trademark laws protect it. Certification marks and badges belong to their organizations. Do not copy or share our content without written permission.
11Third-Party Links & Services
Our site may link to or show content from other services, such as maps, reviews, and certifying groups. We do not control their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
12Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
We provide this website "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site. Your signed inspection agreement governs liability for inspection services.
13Governing Law
Indiana law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State or federal courts in Indiana will handle any dispute, unless your agreement says otherwise.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post each update here with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
