I’m so grateful a family member recommended hiring Jason for the inspection on a home my son was looking to buy as his very first home. Jason was absolutely very thorough and detail oriented with the inspection and it was truly appreciated. Sometimes a newly remodeled home that appears great might actually have some major issues present and that was exactly the case in my son’s situation. Jason included everything in his report from the smallest inconvenience issues to the major issues. If your agent advises against New Beginnings for the home inspection, you might want to ask yourself why…the agents that are just hoping for the sale know he will find whatever issues might exist that might disrupt that! You’re better off paying for a thorough and honest inspection in the beginning than paying thousands for a home with problems.
