Mold Inspection That Finds Health Hazards
Here at New Beginnings Property Inspection, LLC, we believe your health is important. Mold in a building effects people in different ways. Some people may have symptoms or reactions, but most people do not even know it is present.
The state of Indiana does not currently regulate mold testers or mold remediators, meaning you do not need a certification or license to test for mold or remediate mold from a building. With this in mind, we ask you to do your due diligence when hiring someone to test or remediate for mold.
Peace of Mind
At New Beginnings Property Inspection, LLC our Certified Mold Testers obtained their certification through HomeSpection® Training Institute. Certification number 1711. We currently do our mold testing one of two ways; using a Lift Tape Test on probable mold sighted in the home or with indoor air quality testing. We do not offer mold remediation services, so rest assured that we will give you an unbiased inspection of your property. Service includes inspection and report.
One key component of any probable mold growth in the home is the presence of moisture. Moisture is the number one killer of a home. In order to trace the origin of any potential moisture problem, we here at New Beginnings Property Inspection, LLC have the use of a General MMD7NP moisture meter and our new HT-19 Thermal Imaging Camera.
