What Is Water Testing?
Water quality testing provides documented information about selected contaminants in a property's water supply. Whether supplied by a private well or municipal source, water testing can identify bacteria, nitrates, heavy metals, and other contaminants that affect the safety of the water for drinking and household use.
Jason coordinates water sample collection using EPA-approved protocols. Testing is particularly important for properties with private wells, older plumbing systems, or properties located near agricultural land — where contamination risks can be elevated without any visible indication.

When to Book This
Property Buyers
Buyers purchasing properties with private wells should always test the water supply. Municipal water is tested by the utility, but private well quality is entirely the property owner's responsibility and can vary significantly.
Buyer Inspection →Property Sellers
Sellers with private wells who provide a current water test report give buyers documented evidence of water quality — reducing uncertainty and demonstrating transparency about the property's condition.
Pre-Listing Inspection →Current Homeowners
Well owners benefit from annual or periodic water testing because contamination from bacteria, nitrates, or agricultural runoff can develop gradually without any visible indication in the water itself.
Homeowner Check →Day-of Expectations
On inspection day, Jason arrives on schedule and spends two to three hours conducting a thorough, systematic evaluation of the property. You are welcome — and encouraged — to be present for the walkthrough.
As he moves through each area he will explain his findings in plain language, flag items of concern, and answer your questions on the spot. He photographs every significant issue so your report is fully documented.
Your written report — complete with photographs, repair-priority rankings, and a summary of major findings — is delivered digitally within 24–48 hours.

Share Known History
Any receipts, warranties, or permit records for past repairs help Jason put current conditions in context and saves time onsite.
Plan for 2–3 Hours
Most inspections take two to three hours depending on property size. Buyers are encouraged to attend the final 30 minutes for a live summary.
